NYC native, girl mom, Fractional COO, and expert at betting on myself and YOU — again and again.
Between school drop-offs and client calls, I've built the kind of career they say isn't possible: Scaled and sold my own 7-figure, multi-location business, served over 1400 clients, worked within portfolio operations at The Blackstone Group, and helped CEO's close billion-dollar deals. (All while maintaining my chai addiction and never missing a school play.)
Some say you can't scale quality. I say they haven't met the right operations strategist yet."
Through my consultancy, I now help other growth-stage, service entrepreneurs with brick and mortar locations ($1-3M rev), how to turn brilliant chaos into operational elegance. Because making your magic repeatable shouldn't mean losing what makes you special.
But here's what really matters: I know how to take what makes you brilliant and make it scalable. Because growing your business shouldn't mean shrinking your standards.
I'm yliana...
I'm the person who can't help but rearrange the cups at Starbucks and gets butterflies spotting "for rent" signs outside commercial spaces. I found my calling when I realized that being "too particular" could be my superpower.
Some people call it obsessive. I call it caring about the details that most ignore. Because between running my own service business and raising a strong-willed 7-year-old in NYC, I've learned that the right systems don't constrain magic - they set it free.
When service businesses hit $1-3M, the world tells you to choose: scale or excellence. I know the weight of that decision—and I’m here to prove you don’t have to choose. With experience scaling businesses on Main Street and advising operations on Wall Street, I help entrepreneurs like you turn signature services into scalable legacies without compromise.
That first "For Rent" sign hits different. One location became three. A handful of clients grew to 1,400. And somewhere between signing leases and building dreams, I learned what most service entrepreneurs discover: being excellent is just the beginning.
They say you can't scale service businesses without losing what makes them special. I proved them wrong. I built a multi-location empire that maintained its magic, then engineered an exit that proved excellence and growth aren't enemies – they're partners.
From building my own service empire, to joining the operations team at a trillion dollar firm, to advising startups nailing billion dollar partnerships... I learned what most get wrong about scaling, across all levels. Now I help ambitious service entrepreneurs build operations worthy of their excellence. Because your genius deserves to scale.

Every brand has an origin story. Mine starts with a small carton of Tropicana orange juice – made of Valencia oranges, to be precise.
At nine years old, navigating my parents' divorce, that juice became something more than breakfast. It was how my father said "I love you" every weekend when he picked me up.
In a humble home where name brands were a luxury, that tropicana orange juice was a constant reminder that I was cherished.
Valencia represents something bigger: the beautiful possibility of turning simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
Just like those oranges became more than fruit, great service businesses can become more than their operations.
That's what we do here – we take what makes you special and make it scalable. Simple, sophisticated, and always a little sweet.
